Ohana Luau at the Lake at the Tiki Resort in Lake George is one of our favorite events of the year!




It starts with a costume party on Thursday:














Then the room crawls start on Friday. They’re called room crawls because people used to decorate their rooms with a theme and invite people to experience their creations and offer free drinks. Most “room” crawls are outside post-covid. The room crawls are organized in three waves with about 1.5 hours to experience all the rooms.
Lina’s chapter of our fraternity did a Casa Bonita theme:








My chapterless chapter of our fraternity knocked off a 1980s Spencer Gifts called For Novelty Use only. We had an under-18 section where people could buy merch and then they flowed into the over-18 area where they could bedazzle their own merkins to take home with them and enjoy a pina colada…with Goat Lube! (Tapioca dispenses into the drink with turkey basters.
