As I mentioned before: one of the reasons we bought the Great Dale was the carpet…and one of the reasons we sold it was because I had to rip it out.
We spent a LOT of time and money trying to bring it to life a couple of years ago and failed miserably.
I made hail-mary plea to Michael Uhlenkott of spoonflower fabric (https://www.spoonflower.com/profiles/muhlenkott) to ask if he would take a crack at it this year..and he digitized it over a weekend for free.
We went through a couple of different suppliers trying to get it made, but finally took a chance on the cheapest website who’s prices were sooo cheap, they seems like a scam.
It took over a month to get here thanks to He-who-shall-not-be-named policies…but it finally arrived today…
And it’s almost perfect!
