We had a blast in Trinidad for the 2017 ArtoCade. This has been on our calendar for months and we weren’t sure how fabulous it was going to be so we decided to go to Santa Fe for a couple of days before hand to make a bigger trip of it. We found some great New Mexican cuisine and some not so great food too. Have to go to La Choza again for some good vegetarian New Mexican. Also, breakfast burritos at El Parasol takeout.
Do not order fish and chips at Brix. You will get two pieces of fish sticks and potato chips.
